Adorable 2003 Care Bears "Cheer Bear" Halloween Costume. Has zipper up front and the Tummy Symbol has velcro attachments that can open or close to expose the zipper. Tag says Size 2-4. This is more of a small child/toddlers costume. Inseam is 12" from crotch to bottom of leg. Gently worn, no stains and in clean condition.
